  2. I found this meditation to be perfect for our meditation group. The length was perfect. The narrator had a soothing voice and her commentary was relaxing. The period of music only gave people a chance to relax and get into a meditative state for a long enough period of time and the spoken word just before ending gave everyone a chance to wake up and know it was coming to an end. Loved it! ❤
