Andrew Huberman reveals how a simple 17 minute practice can improve your focus permanently by reducing the number of “attentional blinks” (lapses of attention) you experience in daily life. This skill can help those struggling with ADHD as well as offset age-related mental decline.

Andrew D. Huberman is an American neuroscientist and tenured associate professor in the department of neurobiology and psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine.

  2. This guy knows what he’s talking about. I was diagnosed with a mild case of ADHD later in life. And it’s true that whenever I’m emotionally motivated or had an emotional episode I tend to focus better. It also works for long term memory.

  3. You’ve invalidated any credibility you may have had in the first 40 seconds. You have no idea how irrelevant, distracting, unnecessary, embedded subtitles reduce the uptake of information in the video. Try watching a foreign movie with subtitles and see how much actual meaning of the story you miss.

  4. This study has been debunked – can’t get long term benefits from only 1 session.
