Let’s talk about intentional living and living a slow, intentional life. Creating habits that allow us to live authentically and live a life that suits us. Slow living, enjoying the present moment and making conscious choices. Shaping our life in a way that allows us to feel happy. And all that good stuff. 🙂
Minimalist living, simple living, slow living and how to more intentionally really work well together, in my opinion. If we want to know how to slow down and create space to pause and reflect, these different lifestyles really compliment each other well. So today, I share 7 areas of life where we can simplify and live with more intention. This is intentional living for beginners, but also for those of you who just want the reminder and the inspiration.
Lots of love,
🌼 Vera

Hi Beautiful VERA in the NETHERLANDS! Great to see you. KATIE ❣️ KENTUCKY!
I didint know this was a thing, I haven’t bought any candy in 2 years and I started a gameified microhabits thingy 34 days ago. I designed it to be really flexible and fitting for me. It’s not just a habit tracker with a list of things with rows of checkboxes for each day, because I know that would make me more guilty than anything. And I know that a successful day can look like a lot of different things. There’s basically just a little poster with a whole bunch of ideas of things to do, and whichever I choose to do, I rank my score based on how thuoghly I do it. I could read 3 pages of a book or read for an afternoon. They both count, but in respective amounts. The items on the list are meant to be things you can start pretty easily. Step outside and take some deep breaths. That could grow into going for a short walk. It also promotes more structured activities in my day rather than just ADHD floating around not really deciding to do much of anything.
